We offer SBA 7(a) loans including microloans ($50k & under), Express loans (up to $5 million dollars). Conventional commercial & SBA 504 real estate mortgages. Commercial & SBA line of credit (up to $250,000.00) with minimal documentation. Higher lines of credit available with full Underwriting.

FIRST CREDIT GROUP, LLC is Financial Advisory Company.

First Credit Group, LLC was founded during the 2008 Real Estate market collapse. Our goal was to assist businesses with financing to fund growth. However, during this time we found that conventional products did not benefit our clients or simply weren’t available. We decided to offer SBA products for both real estate and business use. Today, we offer SBA 504 through CDC (non-profit) lenders and 7(a) through commercial lenders (nationwide).
